Not every Lovett Homes project begins as a self-directed restoration. Some begin with a question, a house under consideration, a family entering a new season, or an existing home that no longer works as clearly as it could.

These studies document work developed for homeowners, buyers, families, and collaborators outside the self-directed Lovett Homes project archive. They may include spatial planning, pre-purchase evaluation, design consultation, early renovation strategy, or project-specific studies that explore how an existing home could better support the lives lived inside.
